This store is operated by Bondi Paws. Where these terms say we, us or our, that means Bondi Paws. Where they say you, that means the person using the site or placing an order.
The website is offered as-is and as-available. We may alter, suspend or remove parts of it at any time, and we make no promise of uninterrupted access.
We aim to describe every product accurately. Photographs are indicative only. Screen calibration affects colour, and small differences in shade, finish or dimension occur between production runs. Variation of that kind is not a fault.
Several products depend on the dimensions of your vehicle or your dog. We publish measurements on each listing precisely so you can check compatibility, and checking is your responsibility before ordering. Ask us if you are unsure and we will answer before you buy.
Car restraints and travel products reduce risk. They do not eliminate it. Restraints must be attached to a properly fitted harness and never to a collar. You remain responsible for supervising your animal and for fitting each product as instructed.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We may adjust prices at any time, though a change made after you order does not alter the price of that order.
If a product is published at a price that is clearly wrong through a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price. We will contact you first.
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the goods are dispatched, not when the confirmation email is sent. We may decline an order because of stock, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or an address we cannot service.
Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We do not hold your card details. If a payment is later reversed or charged back after goods have shipped, we reserve the right to recover the amount.
Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid, at our option.
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or the products sold through it.
The writing, photography, layout and branding on this site are owned by Bondi Paws or used under licence. Reproducing any of it for commercial purposes requires our written permission.
If you submit a review or photograph, you confirm it is your own and you grant us permission to display it on the site and in our marketing. We may decline or remove submissions at our discretion.

These terms may change. The version published here when you place an order is the version governing that order.
New South Wales law governs these terms, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
