After you order

Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday are generally picked that afternoon. Anything later, or over a weekend or public holiday, moves to the next business day.

You'll receive two emails. The first confirms we have the order. The second, sent when the parcel physically leaves, carries your tracking number. If you've only had the first one, the parcel hasn't shipped yet.

Things worth knowing
Tracking can look dead for a day

The number is created when we print the label, which is often hours before the carrier scans it. Until that scan, the link may show nothing. Give it three business days before worrying.

Multiple items may arrive separately

Larger orders sometimes ship as two parcels with their own tracking numbers. A partial delivery usually means the rest is a day or two behind, not that something is missing.

Address changes have a cutoff

We can correct an address before dispatch but not after. If a parcel bounces back to us for a bad address, we'll resend once you confirm the right one.

Authority to leave

Add a note at checkout if you'd rather the parcel was left in a safe place. We pass it to the carrier, though the final call is the driver's.

Summer and storms

Christmas, Black Friday and severe weather all stretch carrier networks past the windows above. We post known delays on the site when they happen rather than letting you find out from the tracking.

The dispatch side is ours and we hold ourselves to it. The transit side belongs to the carrier. If something stalls, email us and we'll chase it rather than telling you to contact them yourself.
